Hi, I’m Corrie!
I provide delicious, decadent desserts for events of all types, across Maricopa County. I have a long history and love of all things deserts. My 20+ year culinary career has ranged from high end pastry shops to large scale baking production and I’ve seen a lot working behind the scenes with celebrity chefs during the Disney Epcot Food and Wine Festival.
As a professionally trained pastry chef from Le Courdon Bleu’s Culinary Academy and Pastry School in San Francisco, I have worked all over the country. From Disney World MGM where I created desserts for all of the parks to busy Costco bakery production, boutique hotels, fine grocers and so much more, I’ve had my hands in A LOT dough over the years!
But most importantly, I have had the honor of providing the most delicious, hand crafted desserts for intimate gatherings and special events of all kinds.

Simply put, I care….a lot. Why?
Because dessert is about an experience, the finish to a shared meal or experience, a celebration of honoring life’s most special moments…dessert matters. Which is why I carefully source all of my ingredients and build beautiful balanced layers of flavor and texture into every bite.
